I am asking all
fair and family minded people to please help my brother fight for custody of his children. He has three children: Hailly age
4, Madison age 2. and Syler age 1. The only thing kyle has ever wanted was to have a family. He adores children
and loves to play with them no matter who's kids they are. When it comes to having fun with kids, he is like a big kid himself.
His children are his life, world, and the air he breaths.

Eight months ago, he left his home because he got tired of
all the fighting that his ex kept starting; she always wanted to argue in front of the kids and he didn't like that one bit.
He tried several times to get her to stop fighting in front of them, however she persisted. My brother has even offered for
them to go to councling, and she declined everytime. The only thing these kids are to her is a weapon to use against Kyle.
She knows how much they mean to him and also what he means to the kids. She is hurting the kids and doesn't even care, because
she is blinded by her own selfishness to hurt my brother.
Now she has filed
a restraining order full of lies to try and keep the children from him. He has borrowed what he can from family to fight this
rediculous order. He stands an excellent chance to beat that due to the help of his family. However, he is laid off until
October from his job as a chef while his employeer does remodeling. He needs the funds to keep his lawyer to fight for custody.
He doesn't want to keep his children from their mother, due to, they need their mother as much as they need their father
in their lives. He only wants to take the power away from her to use them as a weapon to hurt him, and the power to keep them
from seeing Kyle.
As of right now, he hasn't seen his children for a month. All because of his
ex, poor little Syler still hasn't had his first birthday party. He turned 1 on 2/18/2009.
